The Jewelry Bar

A little glint.
Entirely yours.

Stones with depth. Pearls with softness. Glass that catches the light. Choose the beginnings of a piece, or bring your people together to make something by hand.

Everyday companions

A piece that goes with you.

Beaded and braided bracelets and anklets, leather and nylon cords, and gold or silver chains. Easy to wear, from the everyday to the dressed-up. Clay pendants, purse tassels, and keychains offer other ways to carry something personal.

A different kind of sparkle

Follow the line of a dress.

Belly chains with small faceted glass pendants. Layered body chains that travel from waist to necklace. Back pendants that attach to dress straps or become part of a necklace.

Your starting point

Let’s make it personal.

Choose what speaks to you. Nothing needs to be decided just yet.

Start with personalization

Names, special dates, or a phrase can guide the shape and materials of your piece. We’ll discuss what fits before making it.

Private jewelry parties

A table full of possibilities.

Beginners are warmly welcome. With a little guidance, you can make something beautiful for yourself or someone you love.

Invite us to your home or venue. We bring the materials and guide your group as you choose, combine, and create your own pieces. Private parties welcome groups of 3 to 15, with each guest making at least one piece.

Tell us where you’d like to gather, roughly how many people will join, and what you’d like to make. Class registration is $75 per person, plus a $50 booking fee per event, paid upfront. Groups of 11 to 15 have an additional $100 travel and teaching fee per event. Each guest chooses and pays for their jewelry on the day, with costs depending on the piece and materials.

Who can join
Ages 13 and up. No jewelry-making experience needed.
Your group
Groups of 3 to 15, each making at least one piece.
Time together
Classes last up to two hours. Please allow one hour before the class for setup and 30 minutes afterwards for packing away. Extra class time carries an additional hourly fee, agreed with you in advance.
Paper flowers & kids’ parties
Gather a larger group or invite younger guests to make realistic paper flowers or flowers from book pages. Crystal centers and painted petal edges add a personal touch. Kids’ parties are available for this class. Paper-flower classes welcome ages 8 and up, with a separate small-group option for ages 5 to 8. Adult flower workshops welcome up to 25 people in total, including up to three children ages 8 and older. A small group for children ages 5 to 8 can include no more than four children, allowing close guidance for each child. Flower classes last 90 minutes, with one hour for setup and 30 minutes for packing. Registration is $45 per guest ages 16 and up, or $55 for every guest under 16, reflecting the extra guidance and help with tools. A separate $50 booking fee applies per event, with the same travel area and cancellation terms as jewelry parties. Share guest ages, group size, and your venue when enquiring.
Clay classes
Prefer working with clay? Private clay classes welcome 3 to 10 guests, ages 13 and up. Choose one project for your group when booking. We travel to your home or venue within the same service area, with locations confirmed before booking. The same $50 booking fee and cancellation terms apply. Clay class pricing and project details are agreed beforehand.
Materials
We supply all materials for the class. Jewelry classes can include clay pendants. The jewelry each guest makes is charged separately from the class fee.
Food & drinks
Hosts are welcome to provide their own food and drinks.
Usual availability
Each week we book one party on a Tuesday or Wednesday, and one on a Friday or Saturday. Additional events may be considered by request: email us or call 206-208-4001.
One project, many personal touches
Hosts can choose one specific piece for everyone to make, with each guest choosing their own colors and shapes. This can keep costs lower and more predictable. Ask us about personalized metal embossing and letter stamping, too.

Cancellations

The $50 booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations within seven days of the scheduled event are non-refundable for all payments. If another group books your cancelled slot, we’re happy to arrange a refund or rebooking.
